Launchers and themes

Just wondering what launchers and themes you guys use. I have a fetish for the way the Droid X UI looks and was wondering what launcher imitates the Droid X UI best!

Currently I have ADW and LauncherPro installed, but haven't found much time to look into quality themes for these launchers so I'm still using TouchWiz.

What about you guys? Screens and links to .apk's encouraged!
