Layer and camera fx

can't find layer in store (tried the barcode in the hints and tricks, but phone says no link), and can only find what appear to be addons for Camera FX, and another version which I'm not sure is the one mentioned in the tips and tricks post.

Are they still there?

Ahh, now that was just bad typing, not plain stupidity.

depending on your country, you won't be able to find the paid camera fx. Here in canada, we don't have paid apps just yet =(
