Help LCD didn't work

Hello!
I have problem with my LCD screen.I want to switch on my phone,but the LCD doesn't work.Everything works except LCD.What's the problem?

Is the phone new?
And what do you mean everything works if you cant see what you're doing? I presume the screen is black from the beginning when you turn on the phone.

I suppose... he means that the touchscreen does not respond to touches.

If that is so, you can try navigating (with keyboard, which I presume is functioning) to Settings -> SD card & phone storage -> Factory reset.
That will reset the phone, though I doubt it can help... But worth a try and won't do any harm.

Also, you can try flashing the phone. See sticky threads for that.

But it seems to me, the fault is hardware and you will have to send the phone for repairs.
