Hi, I'm looking for a good alternate to the iPad and I have found this. I've never heard of this and I was wanting to get a second opinion. Thanks !
 
seems like a lot of people like this tablet above a lot of the elite ones. i'm getting mines tomorrow!! i'll update this once i play with it
 
There is another thread in this section that might give you some info.

Got mine Fri. and love it. Had several hour problem getting the new firmware to load - turned out to be the sd card was too slow.

Very nice display, sharp and great look. Very responsive. Have a pandigital and liked it but this is so much more responsive.

Connects to networks great and quicker than my Pandigital. Went to Burger King this morning and connected immediately.

One point, the home screen is only in Landscape - will not rotate - though apps rotate fine. This seems to be an Android problem not hardware.

All in all it is the best tablet I've had access to and the price is pretty right as well.

The preset launcher doesn't allow it to rotate. It can't download most launchers for some reason but it can download Launcher Pro. That's what I use and it rotates just fine. Give it a try
 
Will give it a try. Not a problem to me as I use it landscape a lot but don't want to get to much exercise turning the thing around - might get into shape :-)
