Root Leaked Jelly Bean update list

i mean everything customization, open source, devs just everything u dont have to be rooted to customize as far as launchers go but iphone dont have that until u jailbreak. i will give battery life, camera, and colors or whatever to apple but thats it. if u wanted yo screen to look a certain way go grab a launcher. iphone u got apps on every page there is no drawer and u cant space out your apps for some reason unless it has changed. if you wanted iphone look on android go grab espier launcher iphone u stuck with that crappy screen. after u jailbreak then iphone gets better but it still doesnt compare with android

BTW I was an iOS user. I thought it was great before I came into Android. The funny thing is Android has cheaper phones but those phones still have better hardware and better battery life than the iPhones of its time. LAWL. You're comparing an iPod 5th Gen with Android Phones of your liking. Yet that iPod touch has the same chip inside that other apple products had. Are they using leftovers?

Another thing Pancho, there are so many contradictions in your posts.

If you claim that Android stole from Apple in any way, I guess Android 'made it better'.

iOS does run smooth, but it overloads QUICK. It doesn't have better battery life in fact I tested this myself, both my friend Kennedy and I (he has the iPhone 5) put our phones still running MC3. I set my phone to stock (Where even on stock settings I have no lag!) and his died faster in the same hour. Next you're comparing an iPod touch against phones. The iPod doesn't have antennas or anything for 2G, 3G, 4G so OF COURSE the battery is going to last longer.

And about the apple logo signifying the best company known to man, why would the best company release firmwares and updates even though its own maps app can't work to save anyone's life? And when big companies tell its users not to update to iOS 6 because it is just too buggy... then I don't know what to tell you besides the fact that you're a fanboy. I don't go with Android because its affordable, I don't go with Android just because I hate apple (like I've been accused of), I go with Android because it works.
 
Also it's easy to load a ui fast when you Can't multi task, try copy/pasting from one app to another on iOS and you know what I mean. :banghead:

Well it seems android won. Do you guys notice HTC has been releasing devices and sense version updates like crazy over the past couple months? The droid DNA looks sexy as hell though, especially the specs. I wouldn't mind that device being the next VM flagship device, but it probably wouldn't since it seems Verizon own the the droid name, and all devices with droid in its name. I wouldn't mind a rebranded HTC droid DNA though even though the name sounds bad ass.

Did you see the video? Funny thing I never thought that all the small things we take for granted and are an Android standard aren't in iOS to this day.

Any word on an official HTC update list? They have only stated that devices with 512 ram or less wont be updated. There is no official mention of the V yet.
 
Devices generally(90% of the time) only get one android update, other's get none. We technically got a update, it just so happen to happen before the release of the actual phone, since we're a rebranded evo 3d and the 3d got updated from GB to ICS. There is almost no chance of a official update. The only devices that generally get more than one update are Google devices.

I'm a fanboy LAWL, I like apple and android, they both have advantage and disadvantage and yeah it finally works after it took em 6 or 4 years to make the os work ? And I clearly see you a fanboy that gets mad lol

If you've seen the videos you'll know Froyo has been fully functional. Apple is still trying to figure out its kinks to this day.

The only problem I have with Android is software updates. I understand its time consuming, but here's the thing. There are so many capable devices that need attention, that don't get fixed.

Motorola Triumph is a perfect example. I LOVED that phone, but holy rusted metal batman, did it have flaws. Most of which could have been solved by a simple software update. We would have been happy with GB, but we didn't even get that.

Just my two cents.

Pancho, its fine your an apple fanboy, but you are picking the wrong group to praise them and bash Android. I personally think Apple is run by hypocrites (we can steal and call it innovation, but dont you DARE try the same thing to us)
I dont see where anyone in android copied Apple (the BS about the samsung 10 inch tab looking too much like an iPad is laughable I saw both pics, did not see one similarity, oh wait, they were both rectangular and had a screen) Apple didnt innovate, they saw an innovative tech, and stole it and improved its use, then microsoft, Commodore, and Atari made it affordable to the masses (and in the case of the Amiga, improved upon what apple did, true multitasking in a 68000 system, the Lisa and later the mac couldnt do that til MUCH later (yes I am older, I grew up reading about and using the old tech

there were devices made before the iphone that already had the look and functionality that apple supposedly innovated

Easiest Explanation EVER To Explain Root Vs Jailbreak

Think of it like the Matrix: Jailbreaking is comparable to what Morpheus could do. He could bend the rules of the system to overcome certain restrictions, but was still bound to its rules. Rooting is what Neo could do. Not only could he bend the rules, he could completely break them (my God that was a slick analogy).

I actually ran across this and was like that was a nice way of putting it lol but this is comparing jailbreaking to rooting
 
check this out this link is talking about how siri was about to be a android exclusive instead of iphone. the parent company of siri was talking wit verizon and they was actually shooting commercials with siri but steve jobs came out of nowhere and convinced them not to give it to android and bought siri.
