LED charging hack?

does anyone know if you can set the LEDs on the droid x to indicate charging status?

I believe that's part of the 2.2 update...we'll find out soon enough apparently

No there isn't but there's an app called battery status that has that option and it blinks green when charging and turns off when done

I hope it's an option. Eventually I'll probably be charging it on my nightstand and using it as an alarm clock, and I don't want an LED blinking in my face wheile I'm trying to sleep.
