Help LED color and font change? (2 ques)

Okay, first is the font...how do I change the default font on the G2? I have looked EVERYWHERE but can't find the option. I know you can do this on a Vibrant so I don't know why this feature isn't on the G2...or maybe I'm missing something?

Also, is there anyway to get color LED notifications on the G2? I know it's been rooted and all and I wasn't sure if there are any apps out there that would enable this feature.

If not, then do you think color LED notifications are even possible on the G2?

Dunno about the font thing, sorry.

If you root your phone, you can adjust notification styles. The G2 has a multicolored LED it normally uses to show that it's charging (or bluetooth active), you can hijack this for notification purposes. The trackpad LED is only white, though.

Awesome. I have temp root but will make it permanent soon. Do you know how I can hack the LED light (multicolored one) for notification purposes? Is there an app I can use or something?

TypeFresh might do the trick for ya if you're looking to change font. I believe your phone need to be rooted first. I haven't tried but I ran across it at one point. There's a few apps out there for LED notification. Try searching the forums here or at XDA. Hope that helps.

Awesome. Thanks.

I got "LED Me Know" from the market. Works great. Very limited in terms of colors but I'm happy with it. I'm sure they will add more colors with time.

Thanks for mentioning the font app. WIll download soon.

I am a new G2 user and I am also having LED issues. LED me now works fine but a program called Blink doesn't work at all and a program that I use called whatsapp has an internal setting to customize the LED which doesn't work. So are blues and pinks not possible on this phone or is there some other issue?
