Help LED doesnt turn off

This is a similar case, but still different from all the others. Like many others, my LED's red light doesnt turn off, but heres the best part, it doesnt turn off even when the phone is turned off... What should i do? I cleared my phones cashe, it didnt help. Deleted any suspicious apps that could cause it, it didnt help. Removing the battery(when phone was turned off) worked, up until the moment i inserted it in again.... Im all out of ideas, did anyone encounter this problem?

I've never encountered it, but I'm guessing it's a short somewhere on the motherboard. (Most likely a shorted line in an integrated circuit - inside the integrated circuit, not on the board.)

And it WILL eventually run the battery down to 0 if you just let it sit like that, so remove he battery if you're not going to use the phone for more than a day.

The only "fix" would be to bring it to a repair shop, and they'll probably just replace the motherboard. (Trying it yourself, if you've never worked inside a phone, could result in an expensive paper weight. It's usually cheaper to pay a good technician to fix your phone.)

Turned off, by what do you mean? Just locked off in sleep, or powered down?

Powered down. Yesterday i saw the led turn off for some reason, but as i started to check what changed it turned on again. To make matters more ominious, now i've seen the led blinking the Red color, but when i opened the homescreen the blinking stoped and only the Red color turned on remained... What the hell is it? A virus? or a manufacturing flaw?

If your powered down, nothing should be working on the phone at that point. I would say it's a hardware issue.
