Help LED flash for video recording

[trellis27]

Anyone know how to turn on the led flash for shooting videos in the dark . No matter what I do I can not turn on the flash onscreen icon it just has the flash icon with a circle and line through it. WTF ?

I've heard Incredilight allows you to do this. Requires root.

Correct. It is not possible to do this without root.
