LED flashlight damages phone?

im not talking about using it to take pictures, im talking about using it as a flashlight.

i got a warning from the quicksettings app saying leaving the LED flash on too long can damage the phone.

considering when using it to take pics its only gonna be on for half a second, would it be bad to use the LED as a flashlight during a power outage?

Its possible with the light strobing. Im sure it will be fine with just using it as a flashlight.

psh it can't hurt the phone don't worry, there's even a sort of same feature built in, go into camera go to video and turn flash on, and it'll be sort of a flash light
