LED indicator for battery charging

I wonder whether any app can enable a LED indicator when having battery charging? Thanks for your help. :)
 
I actually wish i could get the opposite lol. The rom im using makes the LED (even while screen is on) flash red at low battery then solid red>orange>green while it charges :banghead:
I cant find a solution. Even Light Flow wont over-ride it :(
