Help led keeps flashing

For some reason when I put my Dx2 on standby the led starts flashing like I have an email or something. Any ideas as to what this could be or how to fix this? Am I the only one with this problem?
 
Is it plugged in and fully charged? Mine was blinking and occasionally giving an audible to alert me that it was fully charged until I changed that setting.
 
It happens to me aso with a blue light when the green light flashes it means it si still connected usb and through charging but do not know what the blue one is.
