LED light for Camcorder?

I tried using some led light apps but it turns off right when I open the camcorder. I'm thinking that the camcorder app overrides the control the LED light app has over the light.

So I tried looking for a different camcorder app. But it seems there's only 2 and they suck.

Any help getting a camcorder led light app?
 
Same here, I tried the light apps but they shut off... Im sure there is a ROM out there that would over ride the system but you would have to have a rooted phone im guessing... Oh well...
 
Im right there with you. I never cared until last night my friend was doing Karaoke in a bar and I was recording and.... :( missed the greatest performance ever!
 
Yea I really wish you could use you light when taken video... I have missed recording some great moments whit friends because of this.
 
I don't wish to root the MTS as I have no idea what it's for or even the definition of root.

I did, however, figure out a way to use the LED for the camcorder.
You have to download LED Light (I think that's the name).

Then you install and run it. Go to menu/options and choose "Shake On."
Go to the camcorder, shake your phone and the LED should come on.

The shake feature stopped working for me after a week of use.

Thanks... now I can take vids at night... working great for me so far..
