Help LED light stays on.

This is the first problem I've had since I got this phone. My LED light stays on the whole time, when not charging, and when I power down the phone. I even tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, and it still stays on. It's not a huge problem, just really annoying, and I don't know if it'll use my battery doing this, and idea's or suggestions to fix this?
 
Yeah, I read that post as well, but it's not my camera light that is doing it. It's my front notification light that is doing it, and I checked everywhere I could to find a solution but nothing useful came up.

I had this happen before and when I opened the dialer and checked the call log, then dialed my voice-mail, the light stopped coming on but not sure what that was about, it has only happened once.
 
I just tried that, it didn't work >.< lolz. I don't know what else to do, I even did a factory reset and it still didn't work. I guess I can deal with it, it's not too bad of a problem, it's just annoying. I just wanna fix this annoying problem. I've searched and searched on the net, and cannot find anything.
 
damn.. but taht lights pretty cool when working properly.. lets you know any missed notifications & such.. i'd take it in for a new one.. just my .02$
 
I just had the same problem and google brought me here. I kind of did what mathesar said. I checked my call log and earlier I had rejected a phone call, but it never said anything at the top. I clicked the "missed call" to view it and the blinking light stopped. I'm not sure if you're still having this problem, but I figure if google brings anyone else here with the same problem, this might help them.

try to run the phones built in task manager and shut everything down to do this go to any home screen and hold the home button it will open task manager then close everything thats in the window (do items individually not selecting close all)
