So my GNex has been acting funny the past couple days. I've noticed that the LED on the front of the phone won't turn off (I use Lightflow to manage my LED notifications). For example, I have Lightflow configured to have the LED light up orange when the phone is plugged in and charging, the LED will stay lit as long as the phone is plugged it. However, now when I unplug the phone, the light will still stay on. It'll stay on all day, doesn't matter if the phone is plugged in or not.
I also use Circle Battery on my home screen to show my power percentage, I also have this configured to change colors based on the battery state. The widget turns yellow whenever the phone is plugged in, white when it is running off the battery and unplugged. So not only will the LED now stay on, the battery widget is always yellow as if the phone is plugged in.
I've also noticed that sometimes the phone's screen will turn on randomly. When I go to turn off the screen it'll go black, then pop back on again. This seems to be completely random and will last for a random amount of time until the screen finally decides to stay off.
Lastly, whenever the battery gets below 15%, the "Battery low, plug in charger" pop up notification will not go away. Usually this pops up when the phone hits 15%, 10%, and 5%. But now it will pop up each time I hit "OK," which basically makes my GNex impossible to use once the battery gets below 15%.
I disabled Lightflow to see if it was something with the app, but even when the app is stopped the LED is still continuously on. I checked the battery status to see if maybe the phone thought it was plugged in even when it wasn't, but it still correctly identifies when the phone is plugged in or not.
Does anyone know how to fix this or have experienced similar problems? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
