LED Notification

This is driving me nuts. On my Droid 1 when I would get an email or txt messege the led what blink constantly untill I turn the screen on. With the Incredible it seems to blink a few times then stops. I have missed a few txt's because I'm so used to just looking at my phone for the blinking light. Is there anyway to have it blink untill its turned back on, or better yet give me a solid light untill checked?

I think the LED blinks for 5 minutes then stops. Despite being small, it's pretty focused so if the phone is facing directly towards you it's easy to spot.

Alternatively, you can download NoLED from the Market. Since the Incredible has an AMOLED screen, it doesn't have turn the whole screen on it show small notifications, so NoLED should work great.

you prefer LCD over AMOLED? and I thought it was LCD, not super LCD?

You could use Tasker. Just program it to blink the LED until you acknowledge the notification. Download it from the developer's site and you get a 7-day free trial (not 15 minutes) to see if it fits your situation.
