Help LED notifications gone

Hey all, I have a AT&T GS4, with BeanStalk 4.4.4 ROM installed. Recently, all LED notifications stopped working (calls, SMS, mail, you name it). The LED is fine, as it's lit up when charging, but no notifications work anymore. I tried Light Flow and a few other apps, and none of them worked either. Am I missing something or did a ROM bug surface somewhere??
