Help Left phone in car & phone overheated. Any potential issues? (should be no issues)

long story short, I left my phone in the truck from 5 this morning to 5 in the afternoon. Well I live in south Carolina it reached 100 plus easy today. And when I got home I got my phone out the car and pulled it out of the otter box and it was literally hot to the touch. The phone seems fine though, I'm actually making this thread on my phone. Do I have anything to worry about now or long term?

It could potentially damage the battery, which would suck seeing how this ones non Removable.

Your probably ok though

I left mine in my truck last week to let it charge, came out at lunch time and the led was flashing, picked it up to check it and the the thing was Toasty! Had no missed calls or texts so I figure it was an overheating notification light. I let it cool down and all seems fine

just the battery. unless you cool it too quickly and you may separate the glue holding the plastic to the metal. but it will take several cycles and a quick cool down. hit is unhealthy for everything else too so it would definitely be unwise to do it. the battery says 125*f. my car today was 150*f when i go in it.
