Legend + Bluetooth?

One of the letdowns of the Hero was lack of proper bluetooth file sharing support. Anybody know if this has been remedied in the Legend?
 
It's actually a software problem rather than a hardware one. The Legend will have it, but so will the Hero once we receive the 2.1 update
