Help Lens protector thingamabob

I don't think it's something you can just pop off and stick in a new one. First; you'd have to find a replacement, then it looks like some disassembly of the camera housing would be required...
 
If it's enough of a problem you'd be thinking of replacing it; I'd suggest getting a decent plastic polish. You can find them on amazon, and I know most auto parts stores sell them too. If you really want to get into it you could trim a screen protestor to fit on the lens cover to protect it... Or you could get this: mCAMLITE | Android Camera Enhancer

Yea you gotta watch out for those screen protestors:eek::p

That CAMLITE thing is pretty sweet, but if I had that much money to spend, then I wouldn't be concerned about just replacing a little plastic piece.:rolleyes:

Good idea with the plastic polish :thumbup:
