Twilight Zone moments in life:

I moved from Dublin to London in Feb 87. I went back to Dublin for a weekend only 6 months later. Every old (and new) vehicle had a changed license plate design, shape, colouring and completely new numbering system, as posted by Olbriar above, front and back.
It was the weirdest, oddest "let me wake up" again feeling. The whole country had alien cars. Shock even!
(MO would be County Monaghan I guess, 08 the year. I now don't remember the old system) :thinking: :eek:
