You've got to remember the customer service people and public relations interns they have working their social media site are just reading off a script.

They probably don't know anything about what's going on behind the scenes.

Those are more like carry cases for carting an N4 in rough conditions. We need something like the Commuter or Defender series cases where you can protect the phone and use it.

Ahhhh, some details, thanks. I was worried that the OP was doing swan dives from the 6th floor parking garage onto wet pavement and was wanting to protect the youtube video until it got published. :smokingsomb:
