Root lets have some fun

so we have a locked bootloader.
so we have no roms.
but we do have root!

lets take a brake from the bad parts off the phone and focus on the good.

what have we tried in the way of tweaks.
i will start off i have messed with the uphold and down-holds in advanced settings in setcpu not much gains but some. i tried sd speed increase which hurt and didn't help.
what have you guys done. lets make a this judgement free zone. even if it is on another thread lets here whats worked for us and what hasn't.
learn from each other.

I put these settings in, in ROM toolbox pro under kernel tweaks. I read a lot about it and these are the settings that most ppl did.
