AOL Spam Button


Please do not hit the "Spam" button (shown below) when receiving mail from one of our clients. Hitting this button may prevent you from getting further e-mail from that client. Our clients adhere to strict anti-spam guidelines as described in our Acceptable Use Policy, so email you receive will not be spam.

If you do hit the "Spam" button by accident, you can make sure you continue to get your e-mail by going into your Spam Folder. Find the email you reported as spam (shown below) and click the "Not Spam" button.

Another good step to take is to add the email address of our client to your AOL address book. That will help your AOL mailbox recognize the sender.
