Enchantment skill...based on the magic stat for your class...you can enchant a weapon up to your skill level...all enchantment must be done at the same time..PP cost: non elemental is 10 for a +1 for a range it is 10 for each number in the range so an additional 1-4 points of damage will cost 40 PP, for a set amount of additional damage you must pay (10*set amount)+(10*set amount-1)+)10*set amout-2)...until you get to 0...so an additional 4 points of damage will cost 100 PP. Elemental based damage is 15 for the first point and the same as non elemental just replace 10 with 15 so 1-4 additional elemental damage would cost 60 PP and an additional 4 points of elemental damage would cost 150 PP
 
The cost is set high because those weapons have a great chance to improve any characters as well as provide a great source of income
