Something simple for now. You guys need to grab "screen capture shortcut free" while its on the market. Its free and will take a screenshot of your desktop.

Just finished setting mine up. A bit of redundant info but I dig the look. That is my 2004 MC Edition Mini Cooper S

I'm somewhat of a newbie here. My wife has the Infuse 4G and I just picked up the Thrill yesterday. I got a basic, navigational understanding of the OS when helping her learn to get around on her phone.

Now that I have an Android phone, I really want to dive in and learn as much as I can.

Will you please tell me how you got the HTC-looking clock at the top of your desktop and customized the "Phone", "Email", "Text" icons at the bottom?

I'm referencing the image from the OP, I can't quote it since I'm new the forum.

you need to download a different launcher to use custom icons at the bottom. So either launcher pro or go launcher (what im using). shoot me your email address abnd i can send you the apk for the htc clock and i believe i still have the zip for the word icons. or just google android word dock icons and something should pop up

Ok, I think I've figured some of this out. I've got a lot of custom docks, icons, etc for Launcher Pro that I found on the PC. I attempted to connect my phone to the PC and copy the data over, but I can't find it. I assumed it should go in the _ExternalSD file just in case, but the app couldn't find it.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? I tried searching for this but apparently it's so basic it's hard to find in the large number of customization search results.

does the computer recognize your mobile device?
 
Just a quick tip.. the Thrill has a built in screen capture function. Hold the Power and Home button at the same time and your screen shot should show up on your gallery :) By the way awesome widgets! JayC where did you grab the S2 live wall paper? that looks cool.

I googled Samsung galaxy s2 live wallpapers. Just look for the link with xda. Make sure unknown sources are checked in the applications menu.
 
Wow JayC what are you using to modify your launcher so much? I put Go launcher but it cant do any of that.... Looks sweet. How you do it?
