How does one check if their on 5x5 10x10 or 15x15?

Depends on the phone, samsung phones are typically the ones that can access that info.

If your on a samsung on the dialer dial *#0011# it will bring up info telling you the band your lte is running on, such as band 4 for metro/tmo, and then it says LTE DL BW here in jax it is 20mhz.

When will that other 12 band be turned on? The one tmob acquired to penetrate indoor areas? I'm not sure if I said the correct band of lte..

Orlando right? That might be the last Florida market where T-Mobile bought the license to get it as T-Mobile may have to wait till the 600MHz auction to start using it or they work out a deal to move the interfering operator stationed in Cocoa Beach. In the picture no Band 12 can be rolled out within the circle.
