ok so heres the follow up, i successfully flashed my smartphone to a verizon $50 prepaid plan with unlimited everything, including a full 3g data connection.

i was surprised that a prl for a dumbphone plan would have a 3g mobile connection, but it did...

It is completely legal for me to ask with no intention of doing anything illegal what donor phone was used for the previous activity. Specifically which phone on the $50 unlimited verizon plan has a 3g PRL allowing for data usage from an android phone, and does not forward you to WAP pages?

Don't forget to read my above post please, but I did want to point out that it is all in the PRL and some of the NV Ram settings. ALL CDMA PHONES (made in the last ten years) have a Qualcomm CDMA Modem and TX/RX voice at 800MHZ and Data at 1900MHZ. Beyond that features are just what verizon allows you to use, by unlocking them in settings...
