Help lg ally spring loose

Um... idk how to put this... is anyone elses slider spring like loose? The top part of my phone comes up and there's a gap... is this normal???

No your phone needs to replaced go to Verizon as fast as possible so they dont play the "You abused your phone" card.

The Ally hasn't been out for a year therefore they all have warranty, if you rooted it you'll have to flash back stock LG ROM so they dont know

The warranty is about 1 or 2 years (I dont know) but the Return Policy (If you dont like the phone) is only 30 days.

Yes 30 days is a phone exchange warranty. LG them self provide a 1 year manufacturer warranty, you can get additional from Verizon.

Just know, you WILL NOT get a brand new phone, it will be refurbished.
