lg cant turn on or detect on my computer hard bricked does any one know how to fix it

i cant turn on my ms840! i try everything already, it wont detect on my computer it said no driver code 10 or 28. i think i hard brick it does any one know how to fix it please help me
 
and please explain some of instruction for beginner cause im really kinda hard to pick up cause i have a lot of prob. and now my phone think too much!!!! sorry thanks
 
Pull the battery, with the battery out, press the power button to drain any remaining battery that the phone may have.
Put the battery back in.
Now at the same time, press the Volume Up + Volume Down + Power Button until a menu comes on the screen.
If you have gotten this far, press the power button twice.
 
actually i try that already. and metro pcs stuff did a little test they cant fixed it! they said they going to replace my phone with some used phone! i think i need to flash my phone i just dont know how... if some one can give an idea how to doit and the link where i can download it that will be a big help! just need intruction,link and a little note
 
there is nothing on my phone anymore so that why i think i need to flash it or install every single thing inside on it. cause even i think the debbug not working anymore
