Help Lg Esteem Battery problem

If you know of apps that will help my Esteem save battery please let me know. Thank you. it drains so fast :( thanks.

Dont waste time with those apps.

You can get 2 cheap batteries and a universal charger on ebay for around $15-20 shipped. Most of those apps use more power than they save.

You can always have 2 batteries fully charged ready to go.

I don't know about the one posted but I know for a fact that Juice Defender (free in the Market) will increase your battery life. It shuts off the data connection when your screen is off, although it will turn it back on every 15 minutes so that your apps can check for new email/messages/etc.

EDIT: And those cheap generic batteries from China have a bad track record. Most of the time they do not even hold the amount of power that they're rated at. Not to mention they often have no protection circuit in them (fire hazard).

I certainly wouldn't wanna carry 2 separate batteries around me. Wouldn't wanna go through the hassle charging two batteries if they're both dead lol I have juice defender and it works great and I'm a big user as well. Definitely worth saving $15-$20 there on the long run :D
