Hey so im trying to update my phone (right now im on zvb) i downloaded the lg mobile support tool and i install the usb driver they tell me but when i plug my phone in it still says its not connected and in the box it says to make sure i have the drivers installed but how do i do that..ill appreciate all the help i can get thank you and if you could explain to me the problem i have when i try to update.
