Root LG Esteem GPS

I rooted and installed Gingersteem with plague 1.8 Kernal.
All works well except the GPS intermittently turns off.
I have to toggle on and off notification icon.
Navi starts and is searching for GPS, until I toggle GPS off/on, then Navi works good.
Also using GPS status and toolbox, which works well, but doesn't seem to solve anything here.
Thanks for any input and help troubleshooting.

Download GPS status in the app market. It worked for me...

Weird, try going to CWR and perform a fix permission. See If that helps it.
