lg esteem rebate

I just checked it, thanks guys. Someone know what is the difference between the 50 and 60 metro pcs plan? what is Additional Data Access? what it means? 50 is 1gb 60 unlimited. what u recommend?

Go with the 60 dollar plan. If you go over 1GB on the 50 they cap your speed with the 60 is legit true unlimited and if you already have another phone on your account, so you have 2 or more active phones youll get 5 bucks off a month and only be paying 55 which is what I have/
 
I will go for the 60, thanks. I also planning take metro insurance. it that really work? If I lose it they will ship me a new one for $99??
 
yes it is If this is true, thats why Im trying to find someone out there to see if this is true. only one thing I know hands down about metro, cant trust it. I was just about to buy the lg esteem in a store using this "metro promise" the seller told me yes if u didnt like it return it in 7 days no more 1 hour talk, full refund. Another store, yes but $15 restocking fee of the total value. Then, I found it out. True is 15% restocking fee and only includes the price of the phone, no the plan.

If you are upgrading from another phone that 7 days under 1 hour talk time return doesnt count for you. Thats for new customers only not upgrades. But I dont know if you are upgrading or a new customer but yeah.
 
when i was filling out the form i only added the IMEI number and not the other 4 numbers because i dint know where to get the other 4 numbers. Do you guys think there will be a problem because i only putted 14 numbers and not the other 4, and where could i find the other 4 numbers please reply back ASAP..

i just put the 14 numbers, but if there's an issue they might call, but i havnt heard nothing back from them yet, but thats normal cause with the ascend it took 2 months or so to get the rebate.
 
I just checked the copy of my rebate form and Metro filled in that part of the form for me and theres only 14 digits.
 
Just received email notification and a tracking number for my rebate.

Status: Invalid

Says it was postmarked outside eligible dates, which is not accurate. Trying right now to find out what's going on.

Yes but some either dont have a major credit card, some dont like ordering online at all, and some like me want it right then and there. Ahaha


Im not worried about waiting on the rebate. Because its kind of like I stashed 100 bucks away for a rainy day...
 
The only reason i went with WireFly is my son is having his baby shower, & my daughter wants an I-pod. or i would've done the same as some of you guys & went with Metro which that case i would have to wait @ the end of the year, I could'nt do that.:D

Call the promotions center hotline and. it said the expected Fulfillment date of my rebate is december 19 :-)

If you call this number 1-877-276-0819. It will detect your phones number and tell you the status of your rebate then you press 1 for more info.

Eli : Because you are a valued Metro PCS customer we will process the rebate this time. Your rebate will be mailed to you within 15 days.

Above is what a rep just told me on the chat help thing.

That's very nice of MetroPCS but here's the thing: The rebate is still being offered with the Esteem, so what difference does it make if it bought it now or bought it back on October 1st?

I bought the Esteem on 10/1, downloaded the rebate form, and then filled out and mailed the form a few weeks later. Apparently you only have 5 or 6 weeks from the date of purchase to get the form submitted; I missed the date by 3 days. (For some reason I thought I had until the end of December.)

Lesson here: Mail in your rebate ASAP right after you receive the Esteem.

btw, I just checked my rebate status and it has been changed. So it's all good now.

that's the same thing i say.. Ordered from them, no issues.. Ordered late Thursday night and got it the following Tuesday..
