Root LG Esteem Rom's?

I am looking for the best LG Esteem ROM most of them are really slow, some just drain your battery really fast so i am looking for a good ROM that is fast and is good with battery, also that doesnt have something like HOLO Launcher or something else, so whats the best ROM that has what i want ?:rolleyes:
 
prolly not one rom that will completely what you want. But you can find one you sorta like then change the launcher etc in to your liking. ;)

LDifta's #2 is prolly the best one for the Esteem currently.

Thats right, I recommended someone elses ROM over my own. ;)

My cooked stock roms are mainly hold-me-overs til others start cooking or I get CM working on a device. ;)

how can I change the launcher though ? do I Just download it from Google Play and set it as default ?
