Sure. Many people had this problem. Just download this .zip file and put it in your sdcard. Then flash it through cwr and you should be able to boot normally.

When in clockworkmod recovery you have options to go into your internal, or external memory. Correct me if im wrong but flashing simply means to go to your file and enabling it. I just fixed my bootloop by flashing a zip file which fixed my phone from being a useless peice of machinery.

Hello i recently rooted my phone.
I tried a few custom Roms before going back to stock.
I then did a factory reset and ended up in ClockworkMod Recovery Loop.
