So I did something stupid.

So I deleted a few system apps on my stock rom and forgot to back them up. (Stupid decision #1)
I figured I could get them back by flashing the stock rom again though TWRP (Without backing up), and when it was done, my phone would boot up and says Secure boot error boot certification verify over the LG logo and then goes to a blank screen. I decided that I should be able to fig it through the lg flash tool, but I couldn't seem to get the phone into download mode. I had done it once on accident, but now I just couldn't get it to work. I tried holding buttons and inserting the cable and all that, but to no avail. Does anyone know the correct combo for DL mode? Or did I permabrick my phone?

Thanks!

This can be fixed. Pull and reinsert the battery. With the phone off, press and hold volume up. With the volume up key still pressed connect a USB cable from your computer to your phone. Keep holding the volume up key until you're in dowmload mode. Then KDZ flash back to stock.

You may also be able to get back into TWRP. From off, press and hold power + vol down. Keep holding until you get a menu, then select factory reset.

The problem most likely occured due to a version mismatch. We need bootstacks.

The other partitions needed to boot and work, such as aboot, modem, laf, sbl1l, tz, rpm. These phones seem to have backup copies of the important partitions named abootb, rpmb, sbl1b, tzb; those should probably be included also,

If the phone is displaying as E: then you are booting a kernel, either TWRP or the system. Either way you may be able to adb in and fix things. Can you connect to adb shell?

You could also be in 9006 mode. Do you see a device like this?
