Help Lg G Flex Stuck on recovery loop

[Android Question]

Recently, I rooted my Lg G Flex and I saw that there was an android update available. I didn't think twice about it and then began to get the new update after the root was successful. I now know that you are not suppose to do that when you root your device. I am unable to get back to the home screen of the phone because the phone is stuck on an "Android system recovery". Is there any way to fix this?

You can do this if you can get to download mode:

And be sure to remove your sim card as it will wipe it clean while flashing back to stock,Then when done flashing back to stock you can put the sim card back in and update your phone.
