Help LG G STYLO MS631

or do you think you can use a custom recovery,try if possible downloading rom manager to see if its capable for your device to install clockwork mod recovery,once installed open the apk it will state the device does not have cwm recovery would you like to try and install it;then it will give you 2 choices install a copy of CWM or use a copy already installed,select the top option,it will then show a short list of device names,if your devices name is not on there we will have to go with finding a pc or laptop,and if your devices name is on there select it and pick flash custom recovery on the next list,then we can see where to go from there...in addition,sorry that you were belittle by certain members of this forum,but don't despair I to was verbally thrashed my first couple of mods,and im certified in many fields of development,so true you will always have the good,the bad,and the ugly,hehehe...,hit me back on how that recovery attempt plays out,i advise before doing so to look into it if theres any flaws in putting a custom recovery on your device and good luck.

thx brother,i tryed cwm,im not listed ,same,with twrp,financially im broke, cant risk anything ,evra move has to be guaranteed,which is'nt on the root warranty ha ha ha, theres absolutely no way just to install a whole new wifi app?i found a update for my wifi manager even had a link emailed and google blocked me 8/ im getting ready to surf around again ,if you could come up with a free install i'd appreciate it,and i've no access to pc or friends here..im on my own cept for y'all n ma twtr budz..

its the *wifi connection manager* ihm looking for..
 
so you have done a data factory reset?and the wifi did not return after that,but you said the davik cache and system cache wasn't swiped clean,would you mind if you go back and try wiping davik and system data cache as well.i know this has been a strain,we should have that wifi up soon.

I know this seems a bit much but these program tools are needed to put functions back into the system folders sorry if it sound complicated but it will all fall into place in the end 1st custom recovery,then stock rom,flash,fixed.most importantly do not update the firmware from lollipop to marshmallow,if that happens it would make it a longer procedure to fix,also see if you can possibly get ahold of the wifi connection manager.apk from the google play store it has some features that might help as well...it looks like this...

BB, if you look at your original thread in the Stylo forum I gave you some links that are all you need. You're rooted or should be, download flashify from the play store and install the recovery I linked you to, then you make a backup only of your data and flash the stock ROM I linked you to before.

AEON1......Are you really bb225? Sounds a lot like the same guy who swore to quit this site, same typing and grammatical style, with the same problem, EVERYTHING Screams cloned lamer user... Creating a new nickname and asking in a different forum section, won't get you different results or better ones either, it'll just get you more wasted time when ya could've just as easily followed the original directions/instructions and got your phone back to it's proper state and out of the box new setting again, only having to re-root and reinstall recovery, if you don't understand the original method, don't take offense, duck and cover up and comeback under a new guise only to repeat your failed attempt all over, ask whoever to explain it to you like you're a 5 year old with very basic descriptive steps...

Tools you'll need is a usb cable for the phone 50% charge on your phone and a friend with a pc, whom of which might be able to help you with the directions and instructions a lil bit better.

Either that or fester up the strength and courage to take it to a phone repair shop and pay to have it fixed and brought back to it's proper state, the first and third of the month are coming up if you receive SSI so spend a lil to save a lot of stress and time on your part since you're not competent enough to do the task yourself, I mean no offense either, some people just aren't tech savvy.
 
Yeh, I just figured that out about 15 minutes ago when trying to find out what insults he was ranting about.
 
I don't know what's going on but it seems everyone's aquanted so he knows he had to flash a stock rom To fix this problem...so I'm guessing he has not flashed a rom yet..or better question yet,can his device be flashed?
But why the double profiling,and if you gave him the tools and the LG has a kdz isn't it?so he could of fixed it the whole time?then why hasn't he done it yet?
