LG G3 Accessories Thread

I went ahead & took a chance on this being legit:

LG G3 D850 D851 D855 VS985 LS990 Back Cover Battery Door Silk White Verizon | eBay

The color is OK & the VZW branding doesn't really bother me that much,as the rest of the phone lacks carrier branding (NVM that my phone is a T-MO variant).

As soon as it comes in (ETA 7/12/14-7/15/14) I'll let y'all know if it's the real deal (QI Wireless Charging & NFC fuctionality) & if the cases I have will fit.

LMAO!! I bought one like an hour ago, after I talked myself into white being ok. Really hope the picture is accurate and not a fake. Too bad he didn't have it in black.
 
Anyone have thoughts on the SanDisk vs. Samsung 64GB micro SDHC? Both seem to run about $35 on Amazon, trying to see if one is better than the other.

Also, anyone get the Spigen SlimArmor from Amazon direct? Ready to order one in slate,but I don`t want one if they are coming with the Korean antenna cutout.

(Pre-ordered a black G3 from VZW today :) )

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1405135793.661731.jpg Got the Caseology case today. The sticker on the package says it's for the "Optimus G3", which is interesting. But anyway, I'm not opening it till Wednesday, when I actually have the G3 in hand.

The Spigen Slim Armor case is still en route. In fact, just today it was dispatched from China. Glad I got the Caseology case, then. I'll be waiting for the Spigen one for a bit. I'm just glad I have a case for "game day"! ;)

I got my Slim Armor from eBay. $12 with free shipping. Only thing is, it's from China. I can wait, though. The money saved makes it worth it.

California tax. It better get to me damn fast!...LOL. Even though I got shine gold, the back cover will still be covered up, so no biggie.
 
I called into Sprint, to see if they'd be offering the wireless charging cover and they confirmed they'd be selling at some point, but don't have them yet. They said inventory will probably be in next week, which is their typical receiving timeframe from OEM's.

I just got a TPU bumper from them today,ordered right around the time this topic came up for discussion.

Speaking of,it looks AWESOME.
Paired-up w/the transparent body skin & leather pocket pouch,it's the best of all worlds:

Maximum protection/looks great/still get the cold-metal feel-in-hand. :)

Came home from Scandinavia, cheap home made case instead of "Genuine QC case". :(

You were right and I was wrong.

Yes At&t is having a promotion where they are offering some of the accessories for half off when you buy the phone. It should be shown somewhere on the site there.
 
Thanks for the link to the Qi wireless charger for 8 bucks with free shipping. Also got the Diztronic case on the way. I unfortunately have to wait for VZW to ship my phone out Thursday. I'm phoneless until then.
 
Amazon delivered my Spigen Slim Armor case yesterday. Over the last year I've become so happy with these cases I have them on all my smartphones. High quality, perfect close fit and very protective I'm very happy they are always prepared at launch time.

Just ordered a pair of the HBS-730 headphones for $17, with free shipping. They look like the real thing, vendor has solidly positive ratings time will tell :)

Just fyi, some people had issues with the hbs-730 and the Note 3.

I have a set I use for work that are awesome. I'm waiting until the newest versions go on sale. The buds retract into the magnetic ends.
 
Thanks. I poked at them before buying, read of people who had so so performance. One of the people put them on the side until he got a g2, problems seen with another phone disappeared. Apparently lg made sure their headphones work well with their phones.

For $17, worth a try :)

I've talked to 3 different sprint sales reps over the phone and they sound pretty clueless and keep trying to sell me a damn pouch! I I hope you spoke to someone reliable, lol.

Doesn't matter to me anymore, after I found the good one I posted earlier, from what ebay.
 
I should have the white lg g3 cover by Tuesday. If anyone is interested, I'll take a loss and sell it for $32 shipped.
