My lg Google services has messed up and can't use any Google apps I have no download mode only fast boot mode and have no idea how to flash my firmware back to stock in fast boot mode anyone please help
 
Someone may be able to help if you tell us what you did to break Google services and download mode.
 
I used kingo root app and rooted the phone started unistalling apps and restarted my phone and can't sync Google account no Google services will work.
 
Well, now you need to re-flash the stock ROM image.
You should have outlined your recovery plan before rooting.
 
Yeah, you're only hope is to fastboot flash the bootstack in order to get download mode back, then restore via kdz/tot. Depending on which firmware you were on at the time, fastboot may or may not process commands though. If not, fixing it gets infinitely more difficult.
 
Ok so how flash the backstop back to get download up and running after I can get into download mode I won't need help just can't access download mode
