Help LG G3 shuts down automatically

My LG G3 is about 4 months old. It worked amazingly well for first 2 months but now it has started giving me some trouble. Suddenly it will shut down automatically and won't start unless I remove the battery and put it back. I also did the factory reset, however, i am still facing the same issue.

Need urgent help guys!

So some starters, what os version. Did you install anything that is not a standard app, like weird games of live wallpapers, etc. Check running apps and battery usage stats to see if anything that should not be running is. Could be bad ram memory; 4 months old, the carrier should replace it under mfg warranty or LG themselves if not the carrier, assuming you bought new.

Thank you for your reply.

There are no such weird app or live wallpapers. Whatever 5-6 apps I have installed are from the android store. OS version is Lollipop and battery usage also seem to be normal. I checked with LG online FAQ and they say have to upgrade the firmware. I am not sure how to move forward from here.

I am from India and I carrier is Vodafone!

You can Google other threads on this. The basic suggestion tends to be do try a factory reset - after saving all data. If the problem persists, repeat the reset and, this time, add apps gradually until any problem app is discovered.

I had the same problem and one factory reset seems to have resolved the problem for me. I have 5.0, but I think I may have had an earlier software version when I did the reset.
