Help LG GT540 2.1 Issues

Hi,
I have upgraded my LG GT540 to v2.1 and rooted using z4root, then uninstalled apps like "gTalk" etc.
Now im experiencing an message:

The process.com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
[Force close]

I was wondering if it possible to reinstall the version, like reformat the OS to 2.1 or 1.6

if any1 have the above issue solved please keen to let me know...

That's because you removed GTalk & other apps that you shouldn't remove... ''You are rooted & can remove anything'' - This is wrong... Don't remove anything just because you don't like it... If you need to remove sth, ask here & we will try to help...

Firstly: I went to http://www.lg.com/au/android/B2CAppSetup.exe to download OS Upgrade

Secondly: I ran the downloaded app

followed by,
Then hit "Install USB Driver" on the Right hand panel.
Double click your model

it will install then restart machine..

Set ur phone to usb debugging mode and connect the phone across
it will detect the version
if ur Version is V20C then its the latest version..in Australia that is...

then ur done... however i cant reinstall the Version again.... not until the next update comes out...

Which carrier are you in? And are you unlocked?
 
Try a factory reset: Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset
Not that this will erase all the data on the phone (apps, messages etc.) but will not erase the SD card so backup your data if you can before you reset! :D
 
I have been using Android 2.1.. i m checking my gmail on mobile phone.. i delete unwanted mails using phone but the mail is still there UNREAD when i try to access gmail using PC..
When i was using 1.6, there was no problem.. Pls Help..
