After my batery on the phone got empty I took the charger for car and plug it in (for the first time). Then i tried to turn on the phone and it asked me for PIN code and after I typed it in the phone turned off because the batery wasn't full enough yet. Then i waited a while and tried again and from that time on, it always comes only so far where it shows ANDROID ANIMATION like on this picture:

...just befor it should show me the PIN code. So, shortly I can't access my phone. I tried a ''hard reset'' but when i press those 3 buttons, it doesn't change anything (the phone doesn't restart).
What can i do?
How do i get into safe mode?
Can i reset/format/restart anyhow?
