Help LG l3 optimus screen problems

hey first time poster on the forums.

i have and lg optimnus l3 and i have had it for a week, i admit ive been using it a bit because its my first smart phone but il get to point, ive noticed kinda grey blurry smudge that is in the background when i open up and use certain applications so i assume that its screen burn but is that what is ? i stilll have a warranty and i gona check it out but its just annoying seein a grey splodge every so often

ps: its in the middle of the screen near the bottom and its not the screen protector.

It looks like the screen is bad, at the very least it's the screen drivers. In any case, I would exchange it

I have the same problem, the "burning screen" issue sometimes when an app closes. And the bigger problem are the two horizontal white lines acrossing the screen just where is the lockscreen line but these two paralel fine lines are there since i boot on phone.
