My phone boots up and shows a white screen then goes back to the trackfone symbol. Somebody help please

Help me help you by giving me more information.

Ok when i turn on the phone the LG symbol comes up, then that blue screen with "A service of tracfone wireless, INC.", then a white screen comes up for about 10 seconds and it goes back to that blue screen with "A service of tracfone wireless, INC." and repeats over and over again....

ive been looking for a solution to my problem all night

Still need more info. Is your phone rooted? How did you root it? Do you have a custom recovery? What was you doing that caused the problem? I can probably help you fix it but I need to know everything you can tell me.
