I just switched from virgin mobile to boost on the Android 55 plan. I am using an lg marquee, I had triumph before. Now my marquee keeps jumping between -100 and -125 dbm. And of course I can't receive any calls, tried calling myself 5 times from a T-Mobile phone and it went through once. Triumph is sitting pretty at -100 dbm and I thought triumph was the one with terrible signals.
I spent 4 hours yesterday with boost's horrible customer service to have my number transferred and spent 120 dollars on recharge because of their terrible website charging me twice. So I guess i'm locked in for two months at least.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of this severe signal problem?
Edit: and the best part is that the phone is constantly showing me between 3 and 5 bars so I had no clue I had this problem.
