Root LG Motion 4G Custom Status Bar Logo

Sorry for The Random Question havent seen much Tutorials on How Adding a Custom Icon on the Status Bar , i knoe the phono app is a way but Haven't been able to Change Carrier Logo , i have Ninjamorph ,and also APK Multi-Tools on My PC tried it by Replacing stat.alert.png ive used alot of Help from alot of Talented people for Other problems , i knoe This phones Bootloader is still Locked no need to remind me of a SoftBrick used Sammyz unbrick Overclock Method long time ago :)

What are you trying to change? Carrier Logo? What carrier logo? Or the carrier text?

Because the carrier text is easy to replace.
 
I Was Trying to Add a Custom Logo , i already Changed Carrier Name on The Pull Down Status bar , dont Confuse Question , im trying to add .Png file with Exact size and Followed a Tut but it was in a different language but did some PS resizing and Rename as Exact as i Replaced, Ive always owned an Android but was Curious since i saw my friend Jailbroken iPod with a Zeppelin app that Replaced Label Name with Pretty much any Icon

Wait are you talking about the lg logo that appears on boot?
If so I believe changing it will result in a morning call error since it's located in the kernel.

No Nothing to Do With Boot Logo Nor Boot Animation , im Talking About The Status Bar , do you knoe Were you Get Notifications , Were your Battery logo 4G logo singal strength bars are located is that a little bit more helpful im sure i dont Sound like im talking Rocket Science :confused:

Lol dont sweat it so much,i think thats his job.I think he means well though.
Just understand many people dont pay attention or try to search first.after awhile it gets old and it becomes habbit to jump on people.

Yea i Did Do YouTube searching but didn't Have much luck , PhanDroid seems like it Had Many people With Development Knowledge thats why i Came here, yes lots of Talent here hopefully we Get a HOT Thread Regarding this Topic ;) Thanks Guys , i knoe this Seems Annoying
 
There's a thread about this very topic....someone already used ninjamorph to change their 4G icon...I'm not about to dig through threads for someone who doesn't want to try and help themselves first
 
I dont know how to do it on the phone but if you download one of the themes and go to the folder called drawable-mdpi then edit the file status_bar_background2. Make sure you leave it the same size though i added a different pattern on mine.

if you go back one page to the main forum...on the top right underneath your user name and all that info...there's a link that says "search this forum"...click it...a search field will popup...click the "show posts" radio button instead of the "show threads" radio button...

type in "4G Icon" in the search field..

dude...read those threads i posted...there is information in ALL OF THOSE THREADS that will help you do what you want to do...

please stop asking the same question over and over in this thread...

we realize what you want to do...and you can do it yourself...it is explained how to in numerous threads...

Yeah it seems no one has thought about that , and great minds Think Alike :/ thought you would be good help since you have the exact same phone , this phone is beast just locked bootloader kills it, Thanks Guys for taking time to Reply, Gunna look threw threads later, thanks for The Feedback , please Leave your Comments if others have thought the Same as I:smokingsomb:
