Root Lg Motion Lagging After Update!!!

So 2 days ago , I updated my Lg motion to 4.0.4. Since then the phone lags like crazy , my phone is rooted , and it is overclocked using SetCpu. I dont know what to do , do i need to format it? If anyone is experiencing a similar situation , please feel free to help , thanks.

You might not be rooted after the update even though your rooted apps are still there. Install a root checker app from the play store to make sure you're still rooted. If you are, you may just have to factory reset. Make sure you backup everything from the internal phone memory like pictures, music, etc. because if you don't, it will be lost.
