Help LG Optimus Black P970 Ringtones

Would appreciate info as to whether it is possible to use one of the CONTACT ringtones as main DEFAULT ringtone. My elderlly hearing is not too good and I find all the ringtones a bit low on sound but there are a couple available in Contact Ringtones which would do the job. Short of allocating one of these to each individual contact... is there an easier way please.

You might want to download an app called Zedge. It has tons of ringtones and I find that some of them are quite loud.
